Ebay is offering a great deal on listing fees right now for people who are willing to list their items for $0.99 or less. This is quite the risk. Out of the first 12 items that I sold I ended up paying money once all the shipping, shipping supplies and Paypal fees on 2 of the items. It sucks to 'sell' something that costs you money instead of makes you money.
